Hi Ian
I just wanted to drop you a line to say what wonderful Staff you have there. especially Tom Hassi.
I wanted an Audi TT for a few months now, and Send an Email to you requesting credit, I've got to say the whole process has been pretty slick and efficient. He told me what to expect and didn't sugar-coat it to get the sale. I would prefer this than to be told it's going to be there in a week and end up waiting a month!
I've had a bad experience with another company and told Tom about it and he was Excellent and put my mind to rest. I work in the public sector and know excellent customer service and he has gone above and beyond what I expected.
I believe that good work should be rewarded, so if there is any bonus or reward scheme with you Tom should get it!
Thanks to all of you who have put in so much hard work with sorting this car out, I know Tom has been on the front line, but there are always people in the background doing work. So again Thanks
I don't know how to say thanks enough, So please could you pass on my appreciation to everyone involved.
I will be recommending you to anyone who wants to get a new car.

Hello there Joe I’m so ecstatic with the car I just purchased from credit plus that I thought I have to write you an email!
The service was truly amazing and I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was! The credit plus team did all the leg work for me, Joe from credit plus asked me to describe the car of my dreams, I replied a Mercedes CLK, automatic with leather, his reply was in his exact words “you will have that in your drive way my friend”.
A few days later I got a phone call telling me he’s found the car that I have always wanted and that everything should be sorted within the week. Joe was so helpful that he even went to the extent of sending me photos of my car from his mobile phone on his day off!!!!!!
By the end of the week I received the car that I have always wanted! Right there in my drive way! All I did was sign a few papers and the car was mine.
By far the best car finance service around!

I understand that you are Tom Hassi's Line Manager and therefore I felt having tracked you down it is important for you to know how I feel about Toms dealings with me.
I 'stumbled' across your web site and thought to myself, what the heck, they can only say no! The following morning I was contacted and told a representative from your company will be contacting me in due course.
Tom Hassi was that point of contact, I would like to say that this was the most pleasing experience I have ever had with any company that deals with finances. Toms conduct, in my opinion went beyond the call of duty, he was always curious and polite. I liked the personal touch of being on first name terms and the manner in which this professional individual operated.
Tom kept me continuously up to date with my application process both online and by phone. Whenever I needed to discuss something with him I could get him on the phone almost every time, and on the occasion I couldn't, Tom called me back the moment he was able to. This is genuinely a professional person with sincere integrity towards the company with whom he works..
The only delays through the whole process were entirely my doing as I was looking externally for my potential car which I took delivery of on Monday 3rd March, just 10 days after my application. Had I not looked externally for a car I am convinced the whole experience would have been significantly less. I was never rushed and not once did I feel that your company was pushing to meet targets and goals. I felt totally comfortable.
Already I have recommended your company to 2 of my friends both of whom I know have commenced filling in the application process. Of course due to Toms conduct I have recommended him to my friends.
In addition the dealership I bought my car from were also highly impressed with Tom and his levels of cooperation, they were impressed that everything was pre arranged and Tom continuously communicated with them in a very professional manner, if I were you I would jump on the band wagon and speak to them to see if they would be happy to use your services themselves.
Finally give Tom a pay rise, he deserves it.

Even though I have credit problems at the moment, they went out of their way for me and I really feel they treated me like a person.

Dear Credit Plus team,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in my application for finance to purchase a new car. Right from the start I knew I had chosen the right company.
I had a phone call when they said I would get one, the first was from a lovely lady called Yvonne, who in no time at all told me that they could help me (thanks Yvonne).
Then I got a call from Oliver Wood. He was fantastic! He spoke to me like a person (not like a child). He explained everything to me in a language I understood and didn't baffle me with sales talk. He listened to my wants and needs and understood me. Hard to find a company these days that treats you that way.
Anyway, I found the car that I wanted, Test drove it, Told Olley about it and he was able to do all the paperwork over the phone with a main dealer, not being tied to the same company who is arranging the finance is a big plus, it gives you some freedom to look around yourself and pick the car you want.
Well to sum it all up from start to finish (i.e. picking my new car up 1/12/07) only took about two weeks, everyone has been so helpful and I even got a courtesy call from the actual company who's lending me the money today to explain it all and make sure I was happy. I am happy very happy indeed!

I hope you don’t mind me contacting you directly like this, however I have to tell you that the service I have received from Luke has been excellent, an absolute credit to your company. He has been 100% helpful at all times, and located an ideal vehicle one which I had not previously considered, which I will collect tomorrow. He was able to find a much better vehicle, lower mileage, younger, and in better condition, with all of the right extra’s at a cost far better than I had hoped for.
