This was 2nd company i applied to both accepted me but creditplus got me a lower apr. Their service was good,fast and keep me fully informed, i had phil as my advisor he was brilliant. from application to picking my new car up took 6days.

My case handler was a chap called Phil Coulson who helped me through the entire process and I have to say he was brilliant. He was very helpful, always kept me updated with the progress and finally helped push the payment to the dealer quicker then it was originally planned.
The best feature is the ability to scan original copies and sending them across to your case handler via the customer area or by email to speed the process up thus resulting in prompt payment to the required dealer.
All in all, a very satisfied customer and would definately recommend Credit Plus to any friend looking for finance on a car.![]()

Many thanks to all the team involved with getting me the car I wanted.
Especially to IAN and STACEY who were polite, helpful and kept me informed of everything every step of the way.
Thats very important because the last thing you want is like some companies I cannot mention, is to be kept in the dark for three days only to be told we cannot go ahead with your application,(those reading this might know who I mean) by then the car you want is sold and the hunt is on for another suitable car.
Ian kept in contact with the dealer as well which was great, this took the pressure off me trying to stop the car being sold before I had a decision on my application.
As a result I now have the car I wanted at the right price, and a very quick descison.
This would not have been possible without the hard work and extreme effort of these guys.
I also got an extra 2years warranty, AA membership and GAP Insurance for an additional fee. This was a great deal as I now have 4years warranty and (hopefully) no motoring worries for the full 4years of my loan terms.
Hats off to everybody involved and thank you.
My old car wouldn't have made it through the winter, so with another car now I don't have to worry. I will be recommending Creditplus to some of my friends.![]()
