After 4 games without a win Creditplus were looking to keep their season alive with 3 points against Poole 1 Off. Anything less than a win and the title would be out of reach this season, however a win would put Creditplus back in a strong position.

After a day of heavy rain the pitch was very slippery and this affected the game massively with both teams lacking control. In a scrappy first half Creditplus settled better and when they played some good passing football looked threatening. Graham opened the scoring and soon after added a second. Then a two minute lapse in concentration let Poole 1 Off back into the game with two quick goals. Both teams went into the break with the score tied at 2-2.

The second half was similar to the first. The game continues to be scrappy and Creditplus were uncharacteristically poor. Still Graham continued to score some good goals and took the score to 4-2. The score line would have been much higher had the Poole 1 Off keeper not had played so well, with some of the finishing from Creditplus not being good enough.

Poole 1 Off grabbed a life line when they took the score to 4-3 before Creditplus closed out the game and Graham got his 5th goal. The scored finished 5-3. Better news for Creditplus was that the teams around them in the league dropped points so Creditplus moved to second due to their superior goal difference.
