Alfa Romeo climbs customer satisfaction table

ALFA ROMEO has climbed 11 places in a league table of the customer satisfaction of carmakers, something that may interest users of Car Finance.
In Auto Express magazine's Driver Power survey, 32,000 drivers were polled and put Alfa Romeo 11 places higher than last year in the rankings for vehicle reliability and customer experience.
Around 96 per cent of Alfa Romeo owners said they would buy another car from the company, something that could be financed with Car Loans.
The improved customer experience impacted on sales as new Alfa Romeo car registrations went up by 19 per cent in the first quarter of this year.
Christopher Nicoll, managing director of Alfa Romeo UK, said: "We have made a bold commitment to dramatically improve the driving and dealer experience for our customers. We are working to continue this upward trend."
Alfa Romeo was established in 1910 in Milan, Italy and manufactures a wide range of models as well as selling car finance and accessories.
