Audi – Celebration time for the car maker
Mar 13 2010This year is something special for AUDI with a couple of important milestones beckoning it. This year the famous car maker celebrates the thirtieth birthday of its well known and path breaking model Quattro, which gave its rivals then such a tough time on the rally course. The company has planned some events to pay its tribute to this wonderful brand and one of them is an exhibition of the top four Quattro models at Essen, where the Techno Classica is scheduled to be held from April.
The car maker will also make its presence felt at the Grand Prix in Monaco in the month of May first week, where another exhibition of the Auto Union Type C and Type D vintage cars would take place participation in and car aficionados will certainly welcome this event. Other such events are the Good wood Festival in the month of July and rallies.
Another exciting reason for celebration is the Wanderer brand that completes its 125th year. This brand which is shown as one of the rings on the Audi insignia came into being at the beginning of World War II.
There will be unfortunately no cars of this brand on sale through any car loan or Car Credit finance schemes.
