Elton John’s charity ball event
Aug 1 2010This year, the much looked forward to event will feature the AUDI A1 special edition as the surprise guest and that obviously is yet another marketing initiative example from Audi which would be donating this vehicle and is also the main sponsor of the event. There is no doubt that this will raise visibility of this car amongst consumers who would be willing to buy it by making use of appropriate Car Finance credit schemes.
The British icon Sir Elton John holds this event every year in order to raise funds for his AIDS Foundation and has been along with his partner for life David Furnish a major activist in the combat against this dreaded disease.
Audi too has been a consistent partner in the conduct of this event each year and the feature of this event would be the donation of the Audi A1 Art Car that has been designed by Damien Hirst. This car would be auctioned at the event and this gesture from Audi has been well appreciated by Elton John and his partner. They are hoping that this car will be a great hit with the guests and would help rake in a lot of money.
