Justin Timberlake makes it for the Audi A1 launch
Apr 1 2010Celebrities do give commitments to show up for certain launch events and sometimes due to either lack of proper planning or just work pressure, they are not able to honour those commitments. For the organiser of such events, it can indeed be a very stressful experience and can impact that launch event to some extent. Of course people have become far more understanding of late and they also know the circumstances under which both celebrities and event managers have to coordinate and work out their programme.
So it was good to see Justin Timberlake keep up to his commitment of being present for the 2011 AUDI A1 launch and the crowd was really very happy and excited to see him. It seemed as if the star was indeed the star of the show rather than the vehicle and when his name was announced as the latest global ambassador for the Audi A1, the crowd was really delighted.
However, the only disappointment was the rather muted role played by him during the entire event and except for some routine words of praise for the vehicle which would be made available under attractive Car Credit and car loan schemes; he did not have much to do. That of course did not stop the crowd from giving him a good ovation as he moved off stage.
