BMW model range updated for new cars for sale market
Jul 15 2008
A BMW model range has been given a revised look before being unleashed on the market of new cars for sale.
The current versions of the BMW 3 Series were first launched in 2005 and is being updated ahead of a September release, which could interest Car Finance customers.
Features include a six-speed automatic transmission available in the BMW 318d for the very first time.
BMW said: "For the 335d Saloon and Touring models, power and torque output figures are still the same at 286hp and 580Nm, however the Saloon now reaches 62mph from standstill in 6.2 seconds."
The 330d model has been kitted out with a new 2.3-litre engine, producing 245hp at 4,000rpm, while drivers opting for the same model with an automatic transmission will find the car qualifies for a lower 'E' Vehicle Excise Duty band.
BMW also builds the X5 model, which comes with the option of a rear SEAT display providing a vibration-resistant DVD player to keep passengers entertained.
