BMW as a brand has always been a premium one and is sure to do well with any new launch. But even this company would not have expected its own forecast to be so comfortably beaten. Its new BMW 5 Series which was launched in November the previous year, is being purchased by die hard BMW fans outright as well as by making use of some of the well designed Car Credit and Car Finance plans.
After a rather poor 2009, the company is confident of a much better 2010 and is hoping that this latest model will see it making good profits. Initial reports of sales do indicate that the company is fully justified with its faith in this car. The only way things can turn bad is if the European crisis gets out of hand and many people have to curb their spending. The crisis in Greece and its collateral damage can sour things for the company.
BMW has been in the top rank since the year 2005 when it over took MERCEDES and though it has been facing stiff competition from Audi, it has managed to hold on to this spot over the last four years.
