Many would prefer to go for the BMW if asked to choose between this brand and the Honda. While that may be the normal thing to do, when it comes to making a choice between the HONDA CRV and the BMW X3, the selection is not that simple especially when both will be available in easy car loan schemes tied up by the brands with their dealers.
As far as the mid-size segment in the SUV category is concerned, it is very difficult to find a better choice than these two. Of course, the best option would be to combine the best aspects of both these brands. However since that may not happen too soon, you would have to choose between one of them and that again is not at all a bad choice given that both of them are good in their own individual ways.
So what do you need to consider?
To start with, the Honda CRV is much lighter and smaller but has better room for luggage. It is also more efficient in fuel consumption and is priced cheaper by about £10,000 as compared to the BMW. The BMW however boasts of better power, better road handling and an easier driving experience. It is therefore the sportier vehicle and is definitely going to be a favourite with the youth. The Honda CRV is more of a stable family car.
