New video reviews 'may benefit car finance customers'
Sep 30 2008Those conducting new and Used Car Searches may soon benefit from new video reviews offered by Parkers.co.uk.
Car buyers will be able to view reviews of 50 of the country's most popular vehicles, including the AUDI A4 and the SEAT Leon, Car Finance customers may be interested to learn.
Kieren Puffett, editor of Parker's, said: "We wanted to find a way of bringing cars to life for our consumers, but felt that piecing together existing footage just wasn't inspiring or really informative."
Instead, the publication's team have developed the "highest quality, bespoke footage" to help buyers "feel like they are actually inside the car".
The videos have been welcomed by a number of industry members, including Mark Harrison, communications director of BMW UK, who said the content was "engaging to watch".
Such reviews ought to help people conduct their research, he added.
Parker's recently highlighted the Hyundai Getz and the Kia Picanto as two small cars that may prove popular with used car buyers.
The publication also noted that certain TOYOTA Avensis models were good purchases for families.
