carleasingplus: Ontime Automotive Gets BMW Distribution Deal

Ontime Automotive has landed the deal to deliver BMW vehicles to fleet and corporate business car leasing  customers all over the United Kingdom.  The company has signed a three-year deal with BMW that begins at the beginning of January next year.  Ontime has spent up to £4 million modernising its fleet programme, which operates over 360 vehicles.

The general manager of the vehicle distribution centre for BMW, Mark Worthington, notes that the ability of Ontime to be able to deliver cars using covered transport proved a big factor in the decision to award them the contract as it was a vital aspect of the company's strategy in the United Kingdom of customer orientation and satisfaction. 

The Specialist Transport Division of Ontime will be able to streamline the process with the use of real time data capture via electronic proof of deliveries.
