Unsecured Car Loans applicants looking for a modern and efficient new vehicle to help fight off the credit crunch could consider a trip to Citroen.
The manufacturer has updated its C1 model, which features the same "outstanding fuel economy" as the original model.
Offering a return of 62.8mpg, the special edition C1 Splash is based on a nautical theme and could help car loans customers stay afloat during the credit crunch.
The savings brought about by its reduced fuel costs are added to by the "ultra-low" carbon dioxide emissions, which qualify for lower vehicle excise duty.
In addition, the car falls under group one for insurance, making it "the ideal city car to cruise through the credit crunch".
Buyers will require around £7,500 of Car Finance to purchase the vehicle, which comes complete with "striking body colours" and custom coloured door mirrors.
CITROEN also announced new special editions of its C3 and C4 vehicles this week, with the two new Airdream+ models starting from £10,995 and £13,895 respectively.
