CITROEN has launched a new website that provides users with the opportunity to create their own custom versions of the DS Inside concept car.
Unveiled as a concept earlier this year at the Geneva Motor Show, the DS Inside is the first of three DS super MINI models being developed by the company.
Now, users have been given the opportunity to help develop their own versions of the DS Inside thanks to the website's design studio, letting motorists unleash their creative side and develop different versions of the model on-screen.
"This new configurator is responsive, fun and allows the user to shape, create and to collect versions of the concept car as they image it," the company said.
The move is aimed at encouraging people to get involved in the Citroen DS inside in the hope that they will be encouraged to buy the model when it is launched.
It could also encourage drivers to consider purchasing a used car as a cheap option to buying a brand new version of the Citroen.
Used car prices have increased in recent months and figures from Glass's and the British Car Auctions organisation have suggested they will continue rising for the rest of 2009.
