Automotive manufacturer CITROEN has announced the launch of a new model to herald the success of one of its rally drivers.
A limited special edition version of the popular C4 Coupe has been unveiled to celebrate Citroen rally driver Sebastien Loeb's achievement of 50 rally championship wins.
The Citroen C4 by Loeb model offers vibrant colours and sporty new interior and exterior designing as the manufacturer looks to celebrate the success of its driver, who has become the first rally driver ever to achieve 50 wins.
The launch of the new vehicle could help to increase interest in used cars and in particular older versions of the C4.
However, motorists looking to get their hands on a C4 'by Loeb' used car in future may be disappointed, because with only a limited number of the vehicles being produced they could become something of a collector's item in years to come.
Frenchman Sebastien Loeb is the most successful driver in the history of rallying and clocked up his 50th victory at the Cyprus Rally earlier this month.
