With its huge bumpers and low profile, it is hard to belief this rather unusual looking car is a serious 4x4. it does not have low ratio 4x4 gears either. But Fiat claims that it is an off road vehicle. It’s the traction system in the Fiat Qubo Trekking that makes it an off road vehicle. When the system detects one wheel slipping, it sends more traction to the opposite wheel. The Fiat Qubo Trekking sits on higher suspension springs and has Pirelli snow and mud tyres as standard. Fiat is also claiming that the fuel consumption is not affected and neither are maintenance costs. People who are thinking of buying the Fiat Qubo Trekking will have to revise their car finance as this is going to cost almost three thousand pounds more than the regular Fiat Qubo. But before arranging the extra car finance to buy the Fiat Qubo Trekking, it would be advisable to see if the vehicle does perform to the standard that is required. It won´t be nice to arrange the extra car finance and find that the Fiat Qubo Trekking does not suit your driving needs.
