FIAT and Suzuki's stab at the compact 4x4 market with the Sedici model has created an attractive offering that is perhaps somewhat smaller than its rivals.
This is according to reviewer Parker's, which states that the petrol engine is lively and the diesel version packs a greater punch than one might think from simply looking at the details on paper.
Fiat describes the model as being as rugged and well-built as any classic 4x4, yet the car provides a composed ride, Parker's suggests.
Steering is precise if a little unresponsive, while visibility is impressive and the controls are laid out in a logical fashion.
Two trim levels are available - Dynamic and Eleganza - with standard kit including air conditioning, electric front windows, four airbags and a CD player.
Available in car insurance groups seven to eight, Car Loans customers would be looking at an on the road cost of £12,850 upwards.
