Car loan customers get glimpse of disguised Ka

Car Finance customers have been given a glimpse of a new FORD model set to appeal to urban drivers.

Auto Express has published pictures of the new Ka model being tested on the road ahead of a full launch to car loan customers.

The magazine says the refinement of the car line will be improved alongside a better quality of interior cabin.

Auto Express reports: "Wearing only minimal disguise, the second-generation Ka is easily identified by its curvy profile and wheel-at-each-corner stance."

The finished version of the car is expected to be fully on display at the Paris Motor Show in October and be on sale in the UK by the end of 2008.

Ford recently announced its Kuga 4x4 car model had achieved the maximum five stars for adult occupant protection and four stars for child occupant protection in Euro NCAP testing.

The Kuga utilises the Intelligent Protection System developed by Ford, which is designed to combine a robust body structure with restraint equipment.
