Jay Leno acted as a responsible citizen when he launched his “Green Car Challenge” and the manner in which some of his celebrity guests have responded to the challenge; it looks like this initiative would be a huge success.
Drew Barrymore will have the unique opportunity of driving the latest all-electric FORD Focus in Jay Leno’s car show on prime time NBC. This segment of the show features a race to see which celebrity clocks the fastest time in taking a lap in the electric Ford Focus around the circuit that has been specifically designed within the compound of the NBC. This show itself has been inspired by the one that was aired in the UK called Top Gear and incidentally, Jay Leno did appear as a guest in that show.
This all-electric vehicle from the Ford stable which will be seen only by the year 2011 should be surely available on convenient car loan schemes and the Car Finance interest rates may even be lower considering the push for a cleaner environment that is on everybody’s agenda.
The show is expected to provide Ford the opportunity to properly demonstrate the different features of this vehicle and also to tell the public that electric cars should be the future option if we care for our environment.
