Car finance options – Compare and then choose the one ideal for you

May 18 2010 It has been seen that people going to shop for cars hardly spend about 5% of their time on thinking about what finance options they should go for. More than half of the buyers tend to go with the car finance option suggested by the dealer who sells them the car and this is where they make a mistake. That is because, the dealer may not be offering the best car finance scheme that is available and unless they have done their homework in looking around, they would not know it.
The problem seems to be one of lethargy as well as keeping away from something they feel is too confusing. Not everybody is good with numbers and that could be one other reason. The plethora of options now available under various names in the market place are only intimidating people and they do not want to take the trouble of comparing one against the other.
The end result is that they end up paying much more than they should have and not even realize it till somebody tells them about it.
