a) The first one is an option wherein the individual can look at driving his preferred vehicle for a period of three to five years. At no time during this period will he be considered as the owner of the vehicle and this scheme is perfect for those who want a high end car and know that they will not be able to afford its cost. They thus pay only for the usage of the car. A person can thus drive away with an Audi costing close to £30,000 for just £300 as opposed to much more under any loan scheme.
b) The next one is something that offers the flexibility of buying the vehicle when he or she finishes the lease term. The only extra costs are the excess mileage consumed if any and any wear and tear that is construed as ‘unfair’ by the contract provider. This is an option and not a compulsion. The customer may also choose to hand back the car to the provider.
