HONDA is targeting potential car loan customers with a unique advertising campaign featuring a live television commercial.
The firm is hoping its May 29 to June 2 scheme will encourage drivers to use Car Finance to get their hands on its new Accord car.
The company said a May 29 Channel Four slot would feature a team of 19 sky divers attempting to form the word 'Honda' within a three-minute time limit.
Honda UK marketing and communications manager Harry Cooklin said: "We are always looking to move the boundaries when it comes to our advertising."
A similar advert is set to appear on June 1 with sky divers forming shapes that hint at new technology used by the Honda Accord.
Features of the new model include intelligent climate control using high tech optical sensors to determine the sun's position so the car can adjust its interior climate.
Honda also produces the Civic and Jazz models, with the later proving popular with car loan customers seeking more compact cars.
