Honda's Winning Formula - The CR-V 2.2 Automatic

The first automatic diesel in Honda's CR-V range, the CR-V 2.2 i-DTEC, has already become a mainstay amongst Creditplus customers doing their weekly shop on the school run.  This version of the CR-V is the third since its launch 13 years ago and has a much more masculine look, with re-shaped headlights as well as a more muscular, aggressive and testosterone-injected feel.

For Creditplus customers who prefer to drive something more traditional, the CR-V handles in much the same way as a car, with plenty of space for the whole family.  The car also has numerous safety features included as standard and is extremely reliant, efficient and solidly put together.

For Creditplus customers who wish to add a few luxuries or gadgets to their motoring lifestyle, there are plenty of extras that can be built into their new CR-V.  These include a navigation pack with voice recognition, 18 inch alloy wheels, a hands-free phone connection, MP3 connection, an eight way power assisted driver's seat with lumbar support, a rear view parking camera, a USB port, a panoramic glass roof and dualzone climate control.

Although the vehicle has much going for it in terms of drivability and comfort, there are a couple of things which don't go in the CR-V's favour, such as the price, which comes in at a rather hefty £30,000.  Another downside to this newer version of the CR-V is the fact that it is not the prettiest car in its class on the market today.  However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as the old adage attests to.
