Car Finance customers thinking of investing in a green performance car could be interested in a unique model developed by Japanese firm Honda.
The company is showing off the Open Source Model (OSM), a sleek-looking low-emission vehicle which could also appeal to car loan customers looking for a car with lower running costs.
Although the firm has no plans "at present" to put the convertible into production, it is designed to give drivers an overview of what future performance cars could be like.
OSM project leader Andreas Sittel said: "There is no reason why a car that's more environmentally-friendly can't look great too and be sporty and fun to drive."
Drivers can see the car at the British International Motor Show at ExCeL, London, on a HONDA stand which also features the CR-Z sports hybrid and FCX Clarity hydrogen fuel cell car, both of which are due to join the firm's range of new cars for sale.
The CR-Z is a petrol-electric hybrid car which Honda first touted at the Tokyo Motor Show before saying it would move into production in January this year.
