The green credentials of Land ROVER have been outlined in a series of new ads, something that could make the firm's vehicles popular with environmentally-conscious Car Finance users.

According to Marketing Week, a series of full-page press ads, part of the firm's new advertising campaign, offer that Land Rover is working in four different areas to improve its green efforts.

These are developing environmentally-friendly technology, offsetting carbon emissions from new vehicles, making donations to related causes and developing sustainable manufacturing practices.

The Our Planet campaign - which was launched earlier this month - comes at a time when the company is celebrating the 60th anniversary of Land Rover but has also launched the LRX concept car, which can reduce emissions to 120 grams per km.

Land Rover has said that the company's carbon dioxide offset programme is the "biggest consumer offset initiative in the world", something that may further impress Car Loans users with green ideals.
