One of British motoring's most iconic brands has unveiled a new concept car which is its most powerful-ever vehicle.
Aston Martin showed off its Vantage RS car at its Warwickshire headquarters and demonstrated the 600 bhp, six-litre V12 engine to the assembled press.
Car Loans customers may like to know that a range of lightweight materials used in the manufacturing of the Vantage RS allow it to reach 62 mph from rest in four seconds. Car Finance and Car Credit on such a vehicle would have to cover its performance.
Director of design at Aston Martin Marek Reichman said: "Much of Aston Martin's recent success has come from the ability of our designers and engineers to work hand-in-hand to optimise form and function.
"Our new dedicated design centre will take this process to a new level and I am delighted that the V12 Vantage RS is the first car to stand on the turntable in the studio."
Earlier this week, Aston Martin announced that its DBS model will feature in the next James Bond film - a franchise which has become synonymous with the car.
