Dec 7 2009 My grandfather never had to finance cars in his life. He paid cash or he did not buy, swearing he would never finance cars, simple as that. He sure was smarter than most of us. Now we finance cars or we just cannot afford one. A celebrity like Kelly Osbourne loves her Cadillac but it’s doubtful if she ever had to finance cars in her life.

People select and finance cars they purchase in many ways. A friend or relative may be selling theirs, an add may pop up in the classifieds, or you may see one in a car lot that catches your eye. If the price is right, and the car checks out with a mechanic, you will then look at how to finance cars in your price range. Lower priced automobiles will be easier to pay for quickly, but they may not last as long as a later model. Finance cars you can afford to make the payments on for at least several years. Keep in mind there will be interest to be paid when you finance cars, because it costs extra for that convenience.

Finance cars that will last at least as long as the loan payments will last. Double up payments so when you finance cars they are paid off quickly.
