The 18th Life Ball Event on the 17th of July 2010
Aug 16 2010This year the above event like always promises to be a mega one with many celebrities gathering at the event and showing their solidarity towards the causes of tolerance and the specific date has also been chosen to mesh in nicely with the other event which is the international conference starting the next day at Vienna.
MINI that has been supporting the event for the past decade, if you recollect from a previous post had prepared three unique editions that were supposed to be auctioned off. These models have now been revealed and they will be put for sale on the 17th of July with the proceeds going to the Foundation for AIDS Research charitable organization amfAR.
Calvin Klein who has designed the first one would be presenting the MINI Countryman while the second one designed by Diane von Furstenberg would be the MINI hatch. The last one would be the MINI convertible designed by Kenneth Cole.
MINI is sure to get a lot of positive publicity out of the event and that should help it garner more sales in the coming months with many individuals buying its models through Car Credit finance and car loan schemes.
