Top Gear’s bonus celebrities
Aug 31 2010It is not very often that one show has two high profile celebrities participating at a time since it is a question of managing the time schedule for the show by the celebrities and so many other things need to be organised to make it happen. However, Top Gear which has made a comeback had a pleasant surprise waiting for it.
The stars gracing the show ‘Star in a reasonably priced car’ is going to be the ‘Days of Thunder’ celebrity star Tom Cruise and the ever popular star of ‘Knight and Day’, Cameron Diaz. They would be seen taking a round of the track in a cute Kia.
The interest was expressed by Tom Cruise when he was shooting with Cameroon for this film ‘Knight and Day’ and his people gave Top Gear a call to find out if he along with his costar could take a round of the track in the Kia which has been enjoying good support from consumers who have been buying the brand through various Car Credit schemes.
The Top Gear crews were naturally thrilled that they could get two top rated stars at a time and Jeremy Clarkson was obviously thrilled with the development.
