Legendary rocker Pete Townshend has bid farewell to his old VOLKSWAGEN (VW) camper van and taken delivery of a new VW Transporter Sportline.
The Who guitarist said it was "really sad to say goodbye" to his old van, but his new set of wheels is "much better to drive".
Unsecured car loan customers may also be interested to learn that the Transporter is "modern and much faster".
He remarked: "The journey is always pleasant. This is a superb sports van with excellent economy. But, watch out, if you put your foot down this thing flies!"
The Sportline features 18-inch alloy wheels, lower suspension, chrome side rails and a rear roof spoiler, which may appeal to Car Finance customers.
Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles now owns Townshend's old camper van and is planning to display it at a variety of events.
Earlier this month, VW announced the launch of two new engines for the Scirocco coupe, which Car Loans customers can pick up at VW retailers.
