When choosing a car finance company it is important that you compare the rate of interest charged by various finance companies. At times, these companies have hidden charges that you need to consider before opting for a finance company. Most car finance agreements have rules and exceptions which could significantly alter the interest rate charged by the finance companies. Before taking a loan find out if there is a prepayment penalty. Most car finance companies charge about 3 to 5 per cent of the outstanding loan amount as prepayment penalty. Some companies charge floating rate of interest on the car finance offered by them. This could prove to be harmful in the long run as any rise in rate of interest could significantly increase your interest outgo.
So make sure you read the fine print before you opt for car finance to buy your new Bentley.
