Michael Schumacher – Comeback delayed
Jan 19 2010Fans of Michael Schumacher were extremely distraught when they heard about this premature retirement from active Formula One racing. After all, this legend of the racing track has provided them so much entertainment over the years that his absence is not something they can take very lightly and get over it soon.
However, the news that he may after all return to the racing track sent ripples of joy through his fans and they are all waiting in great anticipation, only to hear the disappointing news that a neck injury he sustained while testing a German Superbike is going to be the reason for his delayed comeback to active racing. This was something that was not known to his fans and they expected an immediate return of the legend.
Michael Schumacher was hospitalised at that time and he assumed that a three month rest would be sufficient to take on the challenge of fresh racing only to be told by the doctors that they would have to put him through some intense medical checks as well as training before pronouncing him fit for the racing track.
So for his fans as well as for the rest of the world, it seems that the wait has to continue.
