Porsche to help car loans customers get fit for the road
Jan 2 2009Unsecured Car Loans customers listing improved health and fitness as one of their targets for the new year could benefit from a trip to the Porsche Human Performance Centre.
The manufacturer claims that being relaxed and focussed behind the wheel can reduce the stress of a long journey and improve road safety.
As such, it has set up the centre in order to help drivers become fit to hit the road and more alert to their surroundings.
New and used car owners who visit the centre at Silverstone racing circuit in Northamptonshire will be offered the chance to meet with three leading sports scientists.
The experts will offer advice on various aspects of health and fitness for road and race track drivers alike, including exercise and nutritional plans.
Car loans customers can also gain guidance on posture in the driver's seat, eyesight strength and body composition.
According to a survey by What Car?, many drivers are still failing to give the road their full attention by using mobile phones behind the wheel.
