The finance you need The car you want

Car loan customers have chosen a modern American classic as their favourite driving track, with older favourites further down the list.

A poll by elephant.co.uk found Mr Brightside by The Killers is the number one song on the lists of most Car Finance customers.

In second place is Holding Out For A Hero by Bonnie Tyler, while In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins was third.

Elephant.co.uk managing director Brian Martin said: "It was really interesting to see the most modern song was the one to take the top spot. For a relatively new tune, it seems to have made quite an impact."

The survey also found some interesting differences between male and female drivers, with Final Countdown by Europe sneaking into the top ten for women car loan customers.

Holding Out For A Hero was the overall favourite for women, with Mr Brightside in second place in their top ten.

The Killers are a rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada who use 1980s synthesised pop influences in their high-tempo tracks.ADNFCR-1366-ID-18604513-ADNFCR
