A number of paparazzi could have to invest in Car Credit if they continue to chase film and pop stars at unsafe speeds.
Four photographers were arrested recently after chasing Britney Spears' car through Los Angeles earlier this week.
The paparazzi were found to be following Spears' vehicle too closely and at high speed, also making unsafe lane changes.
All four were arrested for reckless driving and ordered to put up bail of $5,000 (£2,555) each.
The men, Leandro Gomes, 30, Roberto Maciel, 31, Eduardo Ravalah, 34, and Filipi Teixeira, 27, were all released on bail following the incident.
Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Sara Faden commented: "Britney Spears was part of the group, but was not driving recklessly."
Spears herself is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law after being photographed in 2006 carrying son Sean Preston on her lap while driving.
