When two reputed car manufacturers come together, the end result is going to be good for the consumer. TOYOTA and MAZDA have decided to have access to the hybrid technology that has been used in the hugely successful Toyota Prius. This is good news for Mazda fans as the company will use this system for its Sky engine that is very much under research and development and will ultimately come out with its hybrid version, which it will launch in Japan. Mazda is expecting to sell its hybrid version by the year 2013 and will no doubt support it through good Car Finance schemes to make it easier for its consumers.
Taking environmental care into consideration, Toyota launched the Prius in 1997 and has not looked back ever since with more than two and a half million units sold. This vehicle now sells in more than 70 countries and has set the benchmark for other car manufacturers to follow it in delivering the same quality.
Toyota is thankfully not averse to sharing this technology with other companies and has made a start with Mazda with more to follow in the months to come.
