The 2010 Life Ball event

Aug 30 2010 Well, the event everybody were looking forward to finally took place and MINI presented the opportunity to the audience to participate in the auction featuring one of the special edition MINI Countrymans specially designed for the Life Ball event. This was of course one of the three cars that were designed by famous fashion designer Kenneth Cole, Diane von Furstenburg and Francisco Costa. All the three cars were displayed to the public at the City Hall Square in Vienna and though only one of the cars were auctioned, the other two would get their chance pretty soon and all the proceeds would be used for the AIDS foundation research. Obviously nobody from the public would be allowed to make use of any car credit finance scheme to buy these beauties.
All the three designers accompanied their creations along the bright red carpet laid out at this Vienna venue and were greeted enthusiastically by many admirers. For MINI, the past decade has been a wonderful experience and its partnership with the Life Ball Event has done a lot for its brand, especially since the cause is such a noble one.
