Pick-up drivers looking for the best way to spend their car loan might want to consider opting for a revised MITSUBISHI L200.

The models are said to combine "value, style and functionality", according to the manufacturers, with revisions to the L200 Warrior and Animal double, club and single cabs.

Mitsubishi states that the changes made to the Warrior will make the model better value for money, adding body-coloured wheel arches and a cloth SEAT option, in addition to enhanced levels of equipment including cruise control and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Prices for the Warrior range from £16,049 for Club Cab variants to £18,799 for Double Cab variants.

Meanwhile, the Animal offerings will feature a greater range of standard equipment, to include a six-disc CD autochanger and full DVD satellite navigation system.

The cost of a model will be between £19,749 and £21,049.

Mitsubishi launched its first L200 18 years ago.
