Volvo cars introduces the racing version of the S60

Apr 30 2010
The Volvo S60 was revealed just recently to the public and within a few weeks, the racing version has also been introduced and since the Belgian Touring Car Series is scheduled to begin from the 11th of April, fans would not have to wait very long. Of course, buying the racing version is not within everybody’s means despite any kind of support in the form of the best car finance deals that is possible.
According to Bart Crols who is the Managing Director at Volvo Belgium, this vehicle offers a very thrilling driving experience and the only way to demonstrate that was to take it to the racing track. Belgium has always been very special for Volvo with many of the models quite popular amongst the people here.
This vehicle has been put together in very quick time by the local racing team and they have taken care to adhere to the BTCS Silhouette S1 norms that stress on a tubular chassis, similar suspensions at the front as well as at the rear and the most important of all, perfect aerodynamics that is so essential for the performance of a good racing car.
