Potential car loan customers could be rubbing their hands after Ford's new Fiesta S was shown off for the first time.
The model was unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show, as reported by What Car?
It features several sporty differences to the traditional Fiesta, including alloy wheels, redesigned headlights and a roof spoiler.
What Car states: " FORD insiders say it will almost certainly go on sale next year. It will have all the visual enhancements of the car on show in Beijing."
It added the exception to the rule is the ST version is likely to be a three-door rather than five-door car.
Car Finance customers waiting for the arrival of the sportier Fiesta could be interested in What Car?'s tipped asking price of £14,000 and on-forecourt date of 2009.
Sport-style Ford Fiestas have been around for decades but ST and S versions began arriving on the market around four years ago.
