New Lotus Evora is 'truly impressive'
Dec 10 2008Secured Car Loans customers anticipating the launch of the new Lotus Evora have been assured of the vehicle's all-round high standards.
The car, deliveries of which will begin in Spring 2009, has landed the award for iMotor Magazine's Overall Most Rated Car 2008.
Voted for by readers, the award saw 95 per cent opt to rate rather than slate the vehicles, making it the most highly-rated car in 2008.
Mike Kimberley, chief executive officer of Group Lotus, declared himself delighted that the car had received the award, despite not yet being on sale.
Editor of iMotor Magazine Mat Watson said it is clear that the Evora is rated "more than any other car we have featured in the mag".
Its 95 per cent is "truly impressive", he added, with a lot of excitement surrounding its launch.
Lotus recently launched its limited edition 2009 calendar, which features sketches and photographs of the Evora, and could provide the ideal Christmas gift for fans.
