Car loan buyers in the UK will be delighted to hear that Peugeot has started taking orders for their new 3008 - the first full diesel hybrid car ever to be released. The 3008 will be available in the UK market from November 2011 at a price of between £26 600 and £29 995.
This is a limited edition car and car loan buyers who want one should not wait too long before placing an order. Only 300 will be manufactured worldwide and only 35 of them will be on sale in the UK.
The Peugeot 3008 is powered by a 2 litre HDi diesel engine producing 163bhp and a 37bhp electric motor. The car's average fuel consumption is a very respectable 74.4mpg and CO2 emissions are also more than acceptable at 99g/km.
Some of the features of the new model include a pearl white exterior, chrome door handles and dark tinted headlamps.
The interior is fashionable with two-tone leather trim, leather facia and an aluminium plate on the centre console displaying the limited edition number of the car. The steering wheel is also covered in leather. The high quality overstitching on the door trim panels, facia and central arm rest further adds to the general stylish atmosphere the car exudes.
The car also boasts a full-length Cielo glass roof allowing panoramic views. To round everything off nicely, the front parking sensors will no doubt help car loan buyers manoeuvre into many tight parking spots.
