Peugeot launches new special edition
May 14 2009Car manufacturer PEUGEOT has announced the launch of a new special edition version of its 4007 SUV.
The Sport XS model includes a variety of new styling features, the company states, including alloy wheels and stylish sports leather seats.
"The Sports styling kit includes chrome side bars, wing mirror covers, door handles and a twin tail pipe extension," Peugeot announced.
It continued: "Body coloured front lower and rear roof spoilers completes the distinctive exterior."
The arrival of the new sporty model could increase interest in Peugeot's used cars and could boost the number of 4007 SUV models available on the used car market.
Earlier this month, Peugeot unveiled its latest version of the 407 model. The company introduced a number of upgrades and improvements to the previous version, as the manufacturer looks to entice more buyers into the new car market with its latest offerings.
The new car market has suffered over recent months as the recession has led many people to keeping hold of their existing vehicles rather than trading up to the newest model.
