Seat's Ibiza is a sporty model but could look better on the inside, a reviewer has suggested.

The model offers exact steering and impressive body control, but the ride can be too firm and the interior is dark and drab, What Car? states.

All the engines offer a good performance, however, with the 1.2-litre powertrain likely to offer enough pep to suit most drivers.

The excellent body control means that the car travels well over bumpy surfaces, but noise can creep into the cabin from outside the vehicle. The engines are generally quiet.

Entry level models are fitted with twin front airbags, a CD player, electric front windows and remote central locking, but features such as an alarm cost extra, Car Loans customers may be interested to read.

Legroom and spcae in the front of the model is adequate but headroom in the rear suffers because of the model's curved roofline.

The Ibiza is available from £7,572.
