With snow causing recent chaos for cars on finance on roads throughout the UK, the AA has decided to join forces with I.M. Group, which will supply the AA with a small range of both Isuzu and Subaru cars. This new fleet of vehicles should ensure that key members of AA staff can remain mobile, even through the most severe bouts of weather the country has to offer.
Included in the fleet of cars to be provided are a Subaru Forester 2.0 XS Auto and a Subaru Outback 2.5i SE NavPlus. There will also be a 3.0-litre Denver Max LE Manual available in addition to two Isuzu Rodeo pick-ups and a 2.5-litre Denver Max. All of these will provide the AA with the ability to take on the most extreme weather conditions and the toughest towing challenges that drivers of cars on finance can throw at them.
Speaking about the support they are receiving from I. M. Group, the AA's Director of Road Operations, Steve Dewey, said: "It's imperative we transport vital members of our team safely to and from our operational sites in Cheadle, Oldbury and Newcastle, Cardiff and our Basingstoke head office. The Subaru and Isuzu models will prove invaluable out on the weather-affected UK road network, allowing us to continue helping thousands of motorists stranded in treacherous conditions."
With such a fleet soon to be at their disposal, members of the AA who are buying their cars on finance will be safe in the knowledge that help will reach them no matter what the winter has to throw at them.
