Unsecured Car Loans applicants looking for a new model to cut fuel consumption and CO2 emission may consider holding out for the all-new TOYOTA Avensis.
The vehicle took a step closer to hitting the roads last week after transport secretary Geoff Hoon officially launched production of the model.
Mr Hoon was treated to a tour of the Avensis production lines and later watched as the first vehicle was rolled out.
Managing director of Toyota Manufacturing UK, Mr Katsunori Kojima, insisted that Car Finance customers could rely on the new model to meet their needs.
"In challenging economic conditions, the new generation Avensis offers customers advanced fuel saving technologies, reduced emissions, as well as enhanced levels of safety," he added.
The model's 1.6- and 1.8-litre petrol engines will be produced in Toyota's Deeside plant and the vehicles will feature the new Toyota Optimal Drive to help reduce fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions.
Toyota's Auris model also features Toyota Optimal Drive and is already available on-the-road from £12,705.
