Parents applying for unsecured Car Loans to help purchase a new vehicle for children who have recently passed their tests may turn to the VAUXHALL Corsa.
The car came out on top for the fourth successive time in a poll to find Britain's Training Car of the Year.
Nearly 45 per cent of all driving instructors and road safety professionals who read adiNEWS listed the Corsa as the best vehicle for novice drivers, with its handling, ease of use and comfort making it ideal.
It was also commended for its low insurance and road tax costs, making it ideal for those looking to buy on limited Car Finance.
Andy Gilson, Vauxhall's marketing director, said the firm was delighted to have received the award, which he claimed offered "further proof of the Corsa's ease of use for novice drivers".
According to motoring website TopGear.com, insurance for the Corsa starts at group one for a 1.0-litre model, with the 1.4 beginning at group four.
