Vauxhall launches new eco Zafira
Mar 16 2009Car Finance customers planning to make a green purchase this year might want to consider Vauxhall's new ecoFLEX Zafira.
According to the firm, the latest offering is one of the greenest multipurpose vehicles around, emitting 139 grams of CO2 per kilometre.
Fuel efficiency has been improved, with the model capable of achieving 53.3 miles per gallon of fuel using the advanced 1.7-litre diesel engine.
However, the firm states that these green achievements have not been afforded at the expense of power, with the vehicle reaching zero to 60 miles per hour (miles per hour) in 12.6 seconds with a top speed of 112 mph.
The car has been created either to house heavy loads or be used as a people carrier, capable of seating seven in comfort with features such as airbags and a CD player fitted as standard.
Consumers looking to purchase one of the models will need at least £17,310 in car finance.
