Vauxhall offers van cashback option
Feb 19 2009Britons hoping to invest in a new van might want to take advantage of the cashback deal on offer from Vauxhall.
In addition to the recent offer made to those buying Astras, Zafiras, Merivas and Tigras with zero per cent Car Finance deals, the firm has now extended the offer to its range of vans.
Until April 2nd, consumers opting for Movanos, Corsavans, Vivaros and Astravans will be able to receive up to five per cent of their payment back in a cheque, as long as they pay a deposit and all the VAT.
National commercial vehicle sales manager Richard Collier commented: "With many buyers unsure of what the future holds we felt that VAUXHALL needed to raise the bar in the market and offer something extra."
He added that the deal is attractive because of its simplicity and "the fact that it genuinely puts money back in the pockets of hard-hit consumers".
