"The most fun you can have for £14k "

Exterior and Interior

Funky looks on the outside especially compared to the chintzy Abarth 500. Inside is basic and functional although the digital speedo and the rev counter are novel. Renaultsport seats are very good, you feel really secure but they are really comfortable too, I drove all the way to Le Mans without a hint of an aching backside.

Performance and Economy

Not the fastest in a straight line in its class although its not far behind, the fun really begins at 3500 rpm right up to the redline at 7000, where the little green light tells you to grab another gear. With 40mpg possible its not too expensive at the pumps either.

Like to Drive

The handling with Cup chassis is absolutely epic, the front end just grips and grips and the body stays flat as a pancake that's been crushed by an anvil, it's that good. On a twisty b-road you'll love it. If the traction control kicks in you are really pushing it. <

Faults and Repairs

Driven for 40,000 miles and the MOT has just come up with a very minor advisory on steering linkages, not the end of the world by any means.
