Overview

"Lasted 10 years with only 1 service"

Exterior and Interior

Nice exterior at the time, small and compact. Great for first time buyer like me. Metallic exterior is in excellent condition, but over time the metal plates on the wheels dropped off and the bumper too. The interior wore away till you could see a hole where you use your right foot to drive, probably due to the poor quality.

Performance and Economy

Performance wise, when first purchased £10 filled the car, drove it on the motor way over time and performance did decrease. Lasted me a long time so was grateful at the time, would purchase one again though.

Like to Drive

It is a good car to drive, can feel every bump though. It eventually broke down several times. Got me from A to B and it has good power steering. To drive on motorway on occasions it managed the journey well. <

Faults and Repairs

Towards the latter years car broke down several times, cylinder went leaving only 2 on a number of occasions and reducing the power. It had leakages too on parts that once fixed deteriorated within months of being fixed.

Overview

"Economic and Great inner city car"

Exterior and Interior

Looks ok from the outside, nothing amazing but still a nice shape. Paint work has held together well over the years, and havent had any rust issues at all. Bumper has lost its finish over the years, but can be restored with a bit of bumper shine. Doors and hinges are working incredibly well after many years, we have looked after it but I still think they are of a higher quality. Interior is very basic but with all you need.

Performance and Economy

Very nippy off the spot for a 1.0 and great for economy. Takes its time getting up to speed but can hold it easily and well once your up there. Revs will need to be higher than normal to get it off the spot, and I can imagine this will take its toll over the years. Low engine size and emissions makes this car score high on the cheaper car table, certainly a great 1st car.

Like to Drive

Smooth drive considering the price of it. Suspension is good and is stable are speeds over 60 mph. Nippy is the word that sums this car up, but wouldn't under estimate its potential. There is certainly a gain when it comes to price and economy. <

Faults and Repairs

No faults till now. I recommend yearly inspections and services, this will guarantee the car lives well and long.
